Install from npm or use dovik-v1.1.0-windows-x64.zip. The native daemon restricts its Named Pipe to the current Windows user. Managed processes run in kill-on-close Job Objects so stopping a definition or terminating the daemon cleans up the owned process tree.

The TUI can explicitly start a colocated dovikd.exe when the default daemon is offline. A custom endpoint remains connection-only.

Native identity isolation requires a separate non-administrative account provisioned by the operator. Grant that account only the project access it needs. Dovik rejects privileged peers and accounts that can access Docker Desktop engine pipes.

The 1.1.0 archive is not Authenticode-signed. Verify its published SHA-256 checksum and GitHub artifact attestation before use.
